Personalized learning is a major buzzword in education right now - voice and choice, anyone? - but we often miss an important piece of the puzzle. PACE! Not to mention the challenge of actually figuring out how to make it work in your classroom is tricky. How do you design units of instruction? How do you monitor progress and provide effective feedback? How do you stay organized enough to not go crazy? This session explores a structure for planning a personalized learning unit that answers all these questions and more! It IS possible to personalize!
